After having worked with Denis for about a year I can say that he’s made a massive difference both for my climbing and general strength and conditioning. He’s been great at adjusting my programmes so many times according to my needs and despite training me simultaneously with a friend he’s been managing to maintain that personal approach which makes it so beneficial. Training with Denis was a delight! He really listened to me and took into account my history and my goals. He introduced me to a new approach towards exercise, I was trying things I’d never attempted before and it felt so good to be challenging myself by learning new exercises and growing in knowledge. I wish I had found Denis sooner! At first I just wanted to be more toned, but Denis inspired me to do so much more. I went from deadlifting, to doing pull ups, lots of HIIT circuits, and overall just getting in a really good workout. During the sessions Denis makes you feel very comfortable and is overall a very friendly guy. He gave me a lot of confidence and set short term as well as long term goals which really motivated me. Would recommend to anyone whatever their goals may be.

Over a 9 month period this man helped me go from 110kg to 90kg and his training led to me finally committing and joining the Royal Navy, and passing the officers fitness exams with ease, 10/10 would recommend him for all and any fitness need.

I didn’t see much change in my own workouts. I felt like I wasn’t making results, especially when I saw a decrease in my workout results, so I would lose motivation very easily. But when I started training with Denis, not only did he show me some really good exercises to do that I wouldn’t have tried on my own, but he taught me that change is a slow, but rewarding process, and that making little changes to many factors in my life would make a difference, and they did. Massively. So, if you want to see results in your physical and mental state, while training with the funniest, most energetic Scotsman alive, then Denis the Menace is your man.

Been working with Denis for over a year and didn’t take it soo seriously to be fair but over the past couple of months I’ve fully utilised the platform and resources Denis is offering and I’ve been reaping the rewards with gaining more weight/muscle than in the past 10 years.
